Requirements: Genuine passion for working with children with autism Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while being patient and compassionate Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED is required Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and undergo a Tuberculosis test within the last year Must pass a pre-employment background check Physical capability to move in various positions (sitting, bending, etc.) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Bilingual in Spanish is required

Given the dynamic nature of working with children, physical stamina is a must, as you will be expected to engage in various physical activities, such as standing, walking, lifting, and sometimes carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
