In this position, you will work closely with children on a one-on-one basis, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Comprehensive training will be provided, making this position accessible even to those without prior experience. Given the dynamic nature of working with children, physical stamina is a must, as you will be expected to engage in various physical activities, such as standing, walking, lifting, and sometimes carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
