Genuine passion for supporting children with autism Strong patience, empathy, and teamwork abilities Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and pass a Tuberculosis test within the last year Clear pre-employment background check Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Bilingual in Spanish is a must
