We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Bilingual Business Developer to enhance our strategic market presence and broaden our client base. Under the guidance of the Director of Operations and External Relations, and in collaboration with our legal team, the Business Developer will formulate and execute business strategies that meet our clients' needs and align with our legal services. This role is perfect for an individual who flourishes in a dynamic, relationship-focused setting and is fluent in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Development and Management
- Identify and engage new business opportunities, converting leads into lasting client relationships.
- Maintain and nurture strong connections with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and respond to evolving needs.
- Implement a client relationship management system to track interactions and outcomes.
Market Analysis and Commercial Strategy
- Conduct thorough research to uncover new business prospects both locally and internationally.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sector advancements to inform strategic decisions.
- Propose and implement commercial action plans that align with the firm's strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure business strategies are aligned with areas of legal expertise.
Commercial Presentations and Proposals
- Create and deliver customized proposals that address the specific needs of clients.
- Prepare and present compelling presentations in both French and English to diverse audiences.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams to develop comprehensive materials for client engagements.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals for tenders, RFPs, and panel submissions.
