QualificationsPreferred Bachelor’s degree. Required prior experience in Worker’s Compensation. Minimum of 2 years in a legal or insurance adjuster role preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures. Proactive communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and workload management skills with a positive attitude and minimal supervision. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database management.

Role overview

The Bilingual Case Manager (English & Spanish) supports both attorneys and clients from the Bradenton, Florida office. This position requires strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload. Empathy and a client-focused mindset are important for success in this role.

Main responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with clients and potential clients in English and Spanish, both by phone and in person.
  • Request and track medical records from providers, maintaining regular contact with clients and healthcare professionals during treatment.
  • Collect documents to support injury and liability claims.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to obtain records and account balances.
  • Work with team members to manage case files and complete support tasks.
  • Keep case files organized and current.
  • Prepare and present case summaries, interacting with attorneys as needed.
  • Draft detailed demands and gather supporting documentation for submission to carriers, under attorney supervision.
  • Oversee case files from intake through closure, following attorney direction.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
