Qualifications
Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies. Open and oversee new personal injury cases, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to intake procedures. Maintain organized and accurate case files, including medical records, bills, and client communications. Track treatment progress and follow up with providers to secure records, reports, and invoices. Assist attorneys in case preparation by drafting correspondence, organizing discovery, and managing case timelines. Manage calendars, deadlines, and the coordination of hearings, depositions, and mediations. Prepare settlement demands and assist with medical lien negotiations. Provide proactive and empathetic communication to clients throughout the case process. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury law firm. Comprehensive understanding of personal injury workflows: medical record requests, demand drafting, lien negotiation, litigation support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is an advantage). Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple cases effectively. Proficiency in case management software (such as Clio, Filevine, Needles, or similar). Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
