KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a French-speaking Account Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining and expanding a portfolio of esteemed clients. Your key duties will include:

Expanding and nurturing existing client relationships within the legal and financial sectors through proactive communication, meetings, and networking events.
Overseeing account management, analyzing quote requests, crafting compelling sales proposals, and successfully closing deals.
Delivering exceptional customer support and managing client expectations while collaborating closely with the production team.
Meeting performance KPIs, updating the CRM system, and reporting progress to your manager.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in French is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
A minimum of a university degree is preferred.
A solid and successful background in business development or account management.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and well-organized individual.
