Job Title: Bilingual Intake & Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
Position Overview
We are in search of a meticulous and highly organized Bilingual Intake & Administrative Assistant to enhance our operational efficiency. This pivotal role encompasses managing client intake procedures, processing administrative documentation, following up with potential and existing clients, and professionally handling inbound phone inquiries.
The perfect candidate will possess a professional demeanor, exhibit proactivity, and be adept at communicating effectively with clients in both English and Spanish. Experience in social media management will be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately complete and process intake documentation
- Engage with leads and clients through phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Professionally manage incoming phone calls
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Assist with social media tasks (posting, responding to messages, basic engagement) – preferred but not required
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Professional phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Previous experience in administration or intake is preferred
- Social media experience is a plus
- Preferred Candidate: Female
- Experience in behavioral health is an advantage
