JOB OPPORTUNITY: School Psychologist/LSSP

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Full and Individual Evaluations (FIEs) and Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REEDs) for students aged 0-18 referred for special education services.
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
- Consult with educators, parents, and community organizations to devise effective intervention strategies.
- Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee meetings to support appropriate student placement and IEP formulation.
- Utilize and manage testing kits, diagnostic software, and special education management tools effectively.
- Maintain precise records and generate reports to meet both AIM and school/district requirements.
- Track and report working hours via Quickbooks for AIM.
- Collaborate on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Evaluation Support Directors or other AIM leadership.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid license in the state of Texas.
- Demonstrated experience in child development and psychological assessment for children aged 0-18.
COMPETENCIES
- Skilled in using testing kits, diagnostic software, and special education management tools.
- Exceptional report writing ability.
- Strong time management and punctuality.
- Professional communication skills through email and messaging platforms.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Communication primarily conducted via Slack, email, and Zoom with Directors and colleagues.
- Some travel may be necessary.
- Light lifting and transportation of testing materials may be required.
