Position Overview
We are currently looking for a reliable, bilingual Residential Lead Cleaner to manage and oversee a residential cleaning account. This position is hands-on, requiring the Lead Cleaner to actively perform cleaning tasks while also nurturing the client relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out residential cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and ensuring detailed finishing work.
- Manage turnovers for Airbnb and short-term rental properties, ensuring staging and rapid cleaning to meet guest-ready standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing communication and promptly addressing service needs or concerns.
- Guarantee that all cleaning tasks adhere to or surpass company quality standards.
- Organize weekly cleaning schedules and conduct walkthroughs as necessary.
- Provide training, support, and occasional supervision of any assigned support cleaners.
- Monitor supply levels and report inventory needs promptly.
- Regularly submit cleaning inspections, task reports, and updates to management.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on residential cleaning experience, particularly with Airbnb or vacation rental turnovers.
- Must be capable of working independently and taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Exemplary attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to established cleaning checklists.
- Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U. S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a lead or team supervisor in residential or hospitality cleaning.
- Familiarity with cleaning software or mobile applications is a plus.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and turnover days.
