Role overview
This remote Sales Development Representative position centers on the Italian market. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, then arranging meetings for the sales team, who take over for product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
Main responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads, both inbound and outbound, by connecting with decision-makers via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
- Pre-qualify leads to secure product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Recommend new strategies or techniques to improve lead generation.
- Spend about 90% of working hours on phone prospecting, averaging 60 calls per day.
- Attend events and trade shows as needed.
- Maintain accurate prospect and client data in the CRM system.
