findasense seeks a Bilingual Senior Data Engineer to shape and support the data architecture for its Business Intelligence platform in Bogotá. This position centers on integrating data from many sources, building interactive dashboards, and delivering real-time insights. The role requires hands-on experience designing and optimizing large-scale data pipelines, with a strong background in cloud technologies, especially Azure or Domo. Collaboration with data analysts is key, particularly when developing architectures, API integrations, and data visualization solutions using Power BI (required), DOMO (preferred), and tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.

Main responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize high-volume ETL/ELT pipelines and data processes to ensure efficient and reliable data ingestion, transformation, and loading.
Lead projects in data architecture, including modeling, partitioning, versioning, and orchestration best practices.
Implement data integrations using APIs, cloud connectors, SFTP, and serverless services.
Create impactful dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, DOMO, and other platforms.
Work closely with analytics and data science teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions for data engineering and visualization.
Automate processes and optimize incremental loads, full history, and distributed processing.
Initiate and lead innovation projects involving AI, DataOps, CI/CD, and automation.
Design new analyses, KPIs, and metrics based on business needs.
Manage and deliver assigned projects and challenges on schedule.
Drive process automation and innovation using data analysis and AI tools such as OpenAI.
Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate data engineers.
Document solutions, workflows, models, and processes to support scalability and maintainability.

Key skills and experience

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Strong experience designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-scale data pipelines.
Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms, especially Azure or Domo.
