About the job

Daybreak Health is hiring bilingual therapists (Spanish/English) with an LMHCA or LCSWA to provide remote support to Latino students and families across North Carolina. This part-time role is structured as W2 employment and is open to clinicians based anywhere in the state. Afternoon and evening hours are emphasized to align with school schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students throughout North Carolina.
  • Collaborate with school counselors and families to address student mental health needs.
  • Join regular individual and group supervision sessions, case consultations, and clinical team meetings.

  • Competitive rates: $35 per hour for individual therapy (ages 12+) and $45 per hour for family therapy.

  • Set schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 8 PM.
  • No administrative burden: Daybreak Health manages billing, credentialing, and other administrative tasks.
