Key Responsibilities
· Timely and accurately process customer invoices for services rendered and products sold, including those with complex billing structures involving multiple entities.
· Identify and implement necessary billing adjustments promptly.
· Compile and summarize additional billing information to meet customer requirements.
· Collaborate directly with customers to provide monthly summary reports.
· Review customer contracts and system setups to ensure billing accuracy and identify any required adjustments.
· Monitor customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing billing-related questions and complaints regarding invoices.
· Create Salesforce work tickets/cases and escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
· Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email in a timely manner.
· Work collaboratively with collections, sales, and operational teams to investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries.
