On your second day, you'll begin at your client, working 4 days a week (hybrid). This gives you the chance to apply your knowledge and skills in a real environment. At Bit, you'll be guided by a talent manager who will check in with you weekly. Each Friday, you'll gather with other trainees at Bit for training and workshops led by experienced professionals. At the client, you will be paired with someone in a pivotal position within the organization, opening doors that are often closed to many starters - but you will need to open them yourself.
