Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage 3D MEP models to support project execution. Create detailed site models for effective project management. Identify and resolve clashes to ensure smooth project delivery. Produce drawings, specifications, and schedules in accordance with the project BIM Execution Plan. Meet all 2D and 3D coordination milestones pertinent to the project. Essential Qualifications:Proven Revit experience with an MEP focus is essential. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Experience with Navisworks is necessary. Prior involvement in multiple large-scale projects is highly desirable. A relevant Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field. Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities.

We are on the lookout for two skilled BIM Technicians with a strong bias towards MEP. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an MEP BIM role. While data center experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
