As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for managing accounts within your assigned physician territories. Your role will involve securing and overseeing profitable business for our products by establishing robust professional relationships grounded in exceptional service, product expertise, integrity, and trust. Each representative will be responsible for crafting, managing, and executing account business plans that consistently yield results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical/healthcare products within your designated territory.
  • Enhance patient engagement by promoting awareness of our product portfolio among physicians.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics to establish long-lasting professional bonds that position us favorably for future product launches.
  • Devise and implement strategies, tactics, marketing initiatives, and sales programs as appropriate.
  • Organize and plan sales calls effectively to maximize performance goals within each account.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape, relaying pertinent information to management in real-time.
  • Complete all mandatory pharmaceutical sales training and maintain continuing medical education to stay updated on innovative products for effective physician detailing.
  • Analyze contracted product performance within accounts and take appropriate actions based on contract monitoring, execution planning, value and volume growth, and market share.
  • Collaborate closely with your team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to ensure cohesive support and communication for effective pull-through strategies.
  • Adhere strictly to all pharmaceutical sales regulations, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
