We are currently seeking both Entry-Level and Experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives who are enthusiastic and well-trained in the industry to join our talented sales team. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional value and service to the healthcare community in the United States.
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for account management within your designated physician accounts. This role entails securing and managing profitable business for our products by cultivating robust professional relationships grounded in service, product knowledge, integrity, and trust. Each representative will be tasked with developing, managing, and executing account business plans that yield consistent results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the sales and promotion of pharmaceutical and healthcare products within your local territory.
- Encourage adherence among existing patients and raise awareness of our product portfolio with each physician.
- Establish strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics to promote long-term professional partnerships based on service and trust, positioning for future product launches.
- Formulate strategies, tactics, marketing initiatives, and sales programs in alignment with business objectives.
- Plan and organize sales calls effectively to maximize performance goals within each account.
- Stay informed about product/service offerings, market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, providing real-time updates to management.
- Complete all required pharmaceutical sales training and maintain Continuing Medical Education (CME) to stay abreast of innovative products and effectively communicate with physicians.
- Analyze performance metrics within accounts, implementing necessary adjustments to contracts and execution strategies to drive value and growth.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to ensure optimal cross-functional support and communicate effectively for successful implementation of strategies.
- Adhere strictly to pharmaceutical sales regulatory and compliance guidelines and company policies.
