As a professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for account management within your designated physician accounts. This role is pivotal in securing and managing profitable business for our products by cultivating strong professional relationships rooted in service, product knowledge, integrity, and trust. Each representative will devise, oversee, and implement strategic business plans that consistently yield results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the sales and promotion of pharmaceutical and healthcare products within your local territory.
  • Enhance awareness of our product portfolio among physicians and drive engagement with existing patients.
  • Establish strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics to build long-term professional connections based on trust and integrity, positioning us favorably for future product launches.
  • Design and execute marketing initiatives, strategies, and sales programs as relevant.
  • Organize and plan sales calls in your territory to maximize time and economic efficiency, optimizing performance goals within each account.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, regulatory changes, competitors, and customer needs, and communicate insights to management promptly.
  • Complete all necessary pharmaceutical sales training and maintain continuing medical education (CME) to stay current on innovative products for effective communication with physicians.
  • Analyze contracted product performance within accounts and take necessary actions to ensure growth and market share.
  • Collaborate closely with the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative team to ensure effective cross-functional communication and support for pull-through strategies.
  • Adhere strictly to all pharmaceutical sales regulations, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
