- Participate actively in morning coordination meetings and afternoon DABs to ensure project alignment.
- Address vendor-related issues directly on-site.
- Engage in Cx and Client/vendor meetings to facilitate smooth communication.
- Review drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals from vendors while coordinating with the design team for timely responses.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure effective commissioning processes.
- Analyze screenshots from BMS/EPMS vendors during Level 3 testing.
- Inspect completed works for QAQC sign-off upon vendor completion.
- Upload necessary documents and links onto the Cx portal to achieve Red/Yellow/Green tags.
