Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (Full-Time)

Your Responsibilities:
· Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
· Supervise the execution of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
· Conduct assessment processes for behavioral interventions, including preference and functional assessments.
· Mentor and supervise individuals pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
· Engage in other standard BCBA activities.
