  • Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Prepare and generate comprehensive financial reports, such as profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records utilizing accounting software, including QuickBooks and Zoho Books.
  • Provide general administrative support, encompassing scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as necessary.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
