Key Responsibilities:

    • Document daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements.
    • Generate monthly and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  2. Tax Preparation:
    • Prepare and submit federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
    • Maintain compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
    • Provide clients with insights into tax-saving strategies and financial planning to reduce tax liabilities.
  3. Financial Analysis:
    • Examine clients' financial data to detect trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Offer advice on budgeting, forecasting, and effective financial management.
  4. Client Consultation:
    • Engage with clients to discuss their financial situations and tax responsibilities.
    • Address client inquiries and offer solutions related to tax and bookkeeping challenges.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Organize and maintain financial documents, ensuring availability for audits or reviews.
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall financial operations.
