Main Responsibilities:

Deliver the Bompard Experience

Greet each customer with authenticity, elegance, and attention to detail.
Share the inspiring stories behind our iconic pieces.
Develop a deep knowledge of our products to create a unique customer experience.
Train your team on customer experience and product knowledge.
Organize in-store events with support from headquarters.

Store Management and Visual Merchandising

Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, including opening, closing, HR administration, logistics, and visual merchandising.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
Manage inventory and oversee delivery receptions.

Team Leadership

Supervise, support, and develop the sales team daily, conducting regular performance reviews.
Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and contribute to continuous skills development.
Lead daily briefings and meticulously track performance indicators to achieve sales targets and foster team cohesion.
