The Branch Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in localizing this mission by ensuring top-tier rental operations, smooth service coordination, and a consistently customer-focused experience. As the on-site leader, this position drives operational excellence, enhances team performance, and oversees the entire customer journey in Dublin, acting as a vital link between our global standards and local execution.
The Role
The Branch Operations Supervisor is fully accountable for the daily operations and performance at the Dublin depot. This role is highly hands-on (60–70% of the time) while also encompassing clear managerial and financial responsibilities.
You will lead the local team, manage depot costs, ensure efficient fleet turnaround, and promote continuous operational enhancements. You will not only be responsible for execution but also for achieving results. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will ensure a high-performing, cost-effective, and customer-centric operation on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive performance of the Dublin depot across Rental and Servicing;
- Lead, supervise, and nurture the local operational team, including shift planning and performance feedback;
- Serve as a culture setter and lead by example;
- Monitor daily KPIs and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs);
- Evaluate and enhance vehicle availability, including stepping in for repairs as necessary;
- Manage depot cost performance, encompassing consumables and rework prevention while practicing disciplined cost controls;
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments;
Practical Requirements
- Capable of lifting or moving light-to-moderate items (10–15 kg) and able to stand, walk, and navigate the depot for extended periods;
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings under varying weather conditions;
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods to support urgent operational needs;
- 3 - 5 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing roles;
- Strong hands-on operational capabilities with the ability to engage in daily depot workflows;
- Additional qualifications as necessary for operational efficiency.
