Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance and target achievements of the marketing/business partner team.
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet established goals.
- Oversee business processes in accordance with SOPs, both administratively and in the field.
- Manage the quality and quantity of the branch/point portfolio.
- Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts based on company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing teams of 5-10 members.
- Minimum of 2 years in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institutions preferred).
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
- Willingness to be stationed in KARANGKOBAR.
