Job Description
This is not a conventional catalog-order position. We seek a seasoned promotional products professional with a sales-focused mindset, extensive industry expertise, and strong vendor relationships, who possesses the instincts necessary to cultivate and close deals. You will oversee the entire deal lifecycle and foster enduring relationships. Acting as a strategic partner to our clients, you will play a crucial role in shaping our team’s operations as we continue to scale. If you have a proven track record in the promotional products industry, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets, and are excited by the prospect of making a significant impact in a growing organization, we would love to hear from you.
Stadium is headquartered in New York City, but this position is fully remote.
What You’ll Do With Us
Drive Revenue & Develop Strategic Relationships
- Build and oversee a robust pipeline of new and expansion opportunities, proactively identifying potential deals within both new and existing accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for both new and existing customers, leading high-level consultative discussions that facilitate growth and close deals.
- Develop and present merchandise strategies and program recommendations that align with client branding objectives.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Guide clients through the sales and order processes, managing every detail of projects from initial discussions to final delivery.
- Solicit and act upon customer feedback to continuously enhance the experience.
Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Utilize your distributor and supplier network to source cost-effective, high-quality promotional products.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms with vendors while nurturing and maintaining strong long-term partnerships.
- Assess supplier performance and pinpoint opportunities to introduce new products, capabilities, and materials to the team.
- Stay informed about trends, decoration methods, and emerging product categories through supplier webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and mentorship.
