Role overview
This position suits someone who enjoys early mornings and takes pride in preparing high-quality breakfast dishes. The Breakfast Chef works independently at the start of each day, setting up the kitchen and ensuring everything is ready before the rest of the team arrives. In addition to breakfast, the role includes helping with lunch preparations and room service alongside a small team.
What you will do
- Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes following recipes and planning requirements
- Follow portioning and quality standards for all orders
- Manage food usage to reduce waste
- Maintain hygiene and cleaning standards to meet local health and safety regulations
- Keep the kitchen workspace clean and organized
