Role Overview: Breakfast Chef
As Breakfast Chef, mornings are when you shine. You prepare fresh breakfast dishes for guests, ensuring every plate starts their day on a high note. Working mostly independently at the start of the shift, you handle mise en place and breakfast service until your team arrives to support lunch and room service. The kitchen offers a beautiful workspace with views over the Rokin and Dam.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes and recipes
- Follow portion and quality standards for all orders
- Manage food use to minimize waste
- Maintain hygiene and cleaning standards to meet local health and safety laws
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
