This Brokerage Assistant position supports a growing commercial and industrial real estate brokerage serving the Greater Toronto Area and Southwestern Ontario. The brokerage’s team of over 15 brokers and sales representatives focuses on industrial, commercial, land, investment, and development sectors.
Role overview
This is a full-time, remote role for a Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. The position operates on a monthly retainer and requires commitment to Eastern Time (ET) business hours. The Brokerage Assistant will become an integral part of the team, supporting both daily operations and executive needs.
What you will do
- Brokerage Support (80%): Work closely with the Head of Admin to help brokers with research, prepare documents, and assist with marketing tasks.
- Executive Support (20%): Provide administrative assistance directly to the COO and Partner.
Timely and professional responses to requests are expected, matching the standards of in-office team members in Toronto.
