To excel in this role, candidates should possess:A degree or higher in a relevant field; candidates with diplomas in Business, Economics, or Finance are encouraged to apply. Experience in customer service, particularly in call centers, technical support, online trading, or stockbroking is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome. A solid understanding of online trading platforms, stock exchanges, financial markets, trading regulations, and investment products is advantageous. Computer literacy is essential. Fluency in English and Malay is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is a plus. Demonstrated professionalism, independence, attention to detail, patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation. A collaborative team player with the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently under pressure. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with applicable shift allowances.
