Your Role:
As an interpreter, your responsibilities will include listening to and understanding content in the source language and accurately conveying it in the target language. You'll ensure effective communication between service users and providers while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating communication for clients using legal, health, and governmental services
- Confirming comprehension for non-English speakers after each statement
- Engaging in conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Acting as a liaison between service users and providers
