About the Role

As a Business Affairs Associate II, you will play a vital role in supporting the Content Acquisition team by managing licensing agreements, identifying and communicating contractual risks across various internal departments, negotiating terms, ensuring compliance, and meticulously tracking and updating deal terms within our internal systems. Your contributions will be key in maximizing our content licensing initiatives while safeguarding contractual integrity and optimizing revenue.

  • Collaborate with our Content Acquisitions and Legal teams to accurately represent agreements, negotiate terms, and extend contracts with licensors.
  • Communicate identified contractual risks to relevant internal departments and affiliate companies, enabling informed decision-making processes.
  • Provide regular updates to other teams to ensure clarity on finalized deal terms, drive revenue enhancement, and guarantee compliance with agreements.
  • Maintain a structured system for tracking deal terms and update negotiation statuses within our internal tracking platforms.

In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Business Affairs.
