The ideal candidate will have at least five years of proven experience in the deployment and adoption of enterprise applications, adept at navigating potential adoption challenges. Key qualifications include strong communication skills in business process mapping and system deployment, expertise in change management, training methodologies, and effective communication strategies. Experience delivering presentations and webinars is essential. Familiarity with state and local government health and human services transformation initiatives, as well as knowledge of Developmental Disabilities policies and operations, is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should have experience extracting information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to facilitate application adoption.

About the job

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at AYR Global IT Solutions. This role involves collaboration with the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and may require travel between the DODD central office and various County Board locations across Ohio. Please note that travel expenses will be included in the billed rate for this engagement. Candidates are expected to log travel time along with hours worked. For example, if you work 6 hours and travel 4 hours total (2 hours each way), you will log a total of 10 hours. Work will primarily take place in the Columbus area.
