What You Bring to the Team:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, accompanied by at least 11 years of professional experience in the IT sector. Proficient in business analysis techniques, requirements gathering, and functional specification development. Solid understanding of digital solution analysis and selection within a corporate IT setting. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts, common use cases, and implementation strategies. Extensive experience in business analysis and stakeholder coordination. Understanding of IT governance principles, particularly in relation to the reuse of corporate solutions and digital-ready policymaking. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its applications, especially for analysis, governance, or adoption purposes. Certifications in business analysis, digital transformation, Microsoft 365/Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence, or project management methodologies (e.g., PM², PRINCE2, PMP) are advantageous. Fluency in English at a minimum C1 level.
