Qualifications
You have a strong technical inclination and are familiar with OPEN. You possess over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Your adaptability, active listening skills, and critical thinking ability are commendable. You enjoy team collaboration and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Additionally, you have solid analytical capabilities and can synthesize and simplify complex information. Knowledge of application architecture is also a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to support both the development and operational maintenance of our squad's products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding, analyzing, and formalizing business needs while effectively challenging stakeholders.
- Contributing to the design of IT solutions and crafting user stories that encompass all elements of the Definition of Ready (DOR), including need descriptions, business rules, test cases, functional sequence diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Developing testing strategies, scenarios, and cases.
- Executing functional testing, tracking identified anomalies, and providing regular progress updates.
- Collaborating with software engineers to automate testing and enhance the testing phases.
- Updating functional documentation (Confluence, DCIG, DAAF, etc.) and ensuring its completeness.
- Engaging in user support activities (A. M. I.) and proactively suggesting improvements to the knowledge base to reduce support needs.
- Actively participating in Agile rituals and contributing ideas to improve their facilitation and structure.
You should be familiar with Agile practices (rituals, DOR, and DOD) and tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Excel, ServiceNow (A. M. I.), ALM Octane.
