Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience:Demonstrated success in mapping, developing, and improving end-to-end processes within a large-scale enterprise environment. Proven experience with common business-centric process mapping techniques and languages. Familiarity with Business Architecture concepts, including Motivational Modelling, Value Stream Mapping, and Capability Modelling. Experience in diverse project delivery environments with weekly performance targets. Strong interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders and facilitate interviews. Effective workshop setup, facilitation, and execution abilities. Ability to quickly develop domain expertise. Exceptional influencing skills and a proactive attitude. Creative problem-solving capabilities with the ability to articulate innovative solutions for complex business challenges. Skilled in evaluating information and presenting it in an accessible manner for varied audiences. Knowledge of identifying and raising project dependencies while collaborating within a larger team across multiple concurrent projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our extensive business transformation program by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization's existing landscape. You will identify key transformation opportunities that align with our architectural business motivation model. Additionally, you will provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to fellow civil servants, empowering the organization to enhance its in-house business analysis capabilities.
