Your Role:

As a Business Analyst focused on our Customer Platform, you will:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of diverse SaaS business models and align them with our customers.
  • Engage directly with clients to create and refine their operating and financial plans using industry-leading practices.
  • Onboard customers onto the Drivetrain platform, managing their data pipelines effectively.
  • Utilize your SQL expertise to craft complex queries for data manipulation and consolidation, facilitating insightful dashboarding and analytics.
  • Identify and articulate key performance indicators (KPIs) essential for driving customer success, correlating them with relevant data.
  • Provide valuable insights on KPI impacts on business performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all data-related inquiries.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships, representing Drivetrain.
  • Work with state-of-the-art data processing technologies.
  • As an early team member, play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, practices, and product direction.
