We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic Data Services Associate with a solid background in customer service and data analysis. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences and enjoys providing clear, practical guidance and support. Over time, this position will require working from our Manchester office or a customer site at least three days a week.
Due to the sensitive nature of our engagements with UK public sector organizations, this role is subject to security vetting. Mark43 will sponsor and manage the vetting process, and employment is contingent on the successful candidate obtaining and maintaining the necessary security clearance.
