Role Overview
As a Business Analyst at GFiber, you will play a pivotal role in documenting and defining use cases while collaborating closely with various business teams. Your projects will involve software developed by our systems and tools teams and overseeing the development of home routers for GFiber customers. Our systems utilize cloud-based deployment environments, comprising a diverse suite of applications (iOS and Android), a customer web portal, back-end systems built on Salesforce, Fiber Management systems, customer agent and ticketing tools, OSS, ERP, and billing systems. This comprehensive range of systems and tools offers significant opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment. You will focus on managing the systems currently deployed based on the OSS and Cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to articulate user stories capturing business requirements.
- Partner with design teams to validate use cases and facilitate technical implementations.
- Engage with stakeholders to prioritize requirements effectively.
- Present features and use cases to business stakeholders.
- Obtain formal approval from business stakeholders to finalize features and use cases.
- Take ownership of the feature journey from inception to approval.
