Your Role

In the Social Domain, we develop software that empowers municipalities to optimally support residents in areas such as employment, income, healthcare, and youth care. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role by translating client requirements into precise specifications and guiding our agile team on what is needed. Together, we ensure that the Social Domain software is accurate both in content and functionality, delivering reliable solutions that align with real-world needs.
What else will you do?

Support the product owner in translating user requirements into functional designs.
Detail the backlog and prepare content for agile events.
Act as the daily point of contact for the team regarding functional queries.
Coordinate between end-users, testers, and developers to ensure everyone works with the same knowledge.
Maintain oversight, set priorities, and make decisions when necessary.
Foster clarity, structure, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
