About the job

During the initial 10 weeks of the Business Analyst Traineeship, you will receive training from seasoned professionals in the field of Information Management. This program includes various theoretical and practical training sessions, allowing you to earn six certifications that will provide you with a solid foundation in this dynamic field. As part of the traineeship, you will engage in discussions with suitable employers in your preferred industry and region, giving you the autonomy to choose where to start your career post-traineeship. We ensure you are thoroughly prepared for these conversations with potential employers. In the first year, you will be contracted through People X, after which you will transition to a permanent position with the client, resulting in a salary increase. Our approach is candidate-centric; we align your aspirations with companies across a multitude of sectors.

With rapid technological advancements today, aligning technology with organizational needs has become increasingly complex, particularly with the growing adoption of Cloud and SaaS solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and leveraging processes and systems. The primary responsibility of a Business Analyst is to translate technological requirements into business needs, ensuring that enhanced systems and processes deliver immediate value and improve performance across all departments within the organization.

Examples of tasks and projects for a Business Analyst include:

  • In a commercial organization, a Business Analyst may work on projects aimed at optimizing logistical processes. This involves mapping out the supply chain by reviewing the entire process from procurement to distribution, ultimately seeking to reduce inventory costs, shorten lead times, and increase delivery reliability and accuracy.

  • In a healthcare setting, a Business Analyst might analyze patient care processes from admission to discharge, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies. This can lead to process improvements such as streamlining admission procedures, reducing waiting times, and optimizing scheduling.
