Key Responsibilities:
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating within a team framework. Take the lead on significant, sensitive, and multifaceted projects, aligning with the strategic vision of the organization.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of business processes and industry best practices. Conduct comprehensive business analysis, process design, requirements gathering, and testing facilitation.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all deliverables and deadlines. Oversee the organization of assigned tasks, manage them to completion, and nurture essential relationships to achieve project goals. Handle daily project operations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, scope management, budgeting, and risk assessment.
- Engage in planning sessions with business stakeholders to drive process improvements in designated areas. Serve as a liaison between business units and IT departments to offer support, troubleshoot issues, identify key deliverables, and escalate concerns to management as necessary. Monitor progress and review all creative, business, and technical development activities to optimize methodologies.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions concerning their results. Engage proactively in problem-solving with project managers to influence solution decisions.
- Supervise project tasks from initiation to delivery while striving for continuous improvement. Conduct cost-benefit analyses when required.
- Establish team dynamics and negotiate timelines and resource allocations. Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage the contributions of external consultants. Inspire team members and facilitate productive meetings.
- Offer guidance to team members on performance and productivity challenges. Actively participate in or lead data analysis efforts to formulate recommendations and action plans.
- Responsible for developing project documentation aimed at senior executives and key clients to effectively communicate project outcomes and best practices. Deliver formal presentations to various senior-level audiences.
- Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
