Business Development
- Identify and pursue qualified leads to enhance the sales pipeline and drive business expansion.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, promoting long-lasting collaborations.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to create mutually beneficial proposals tailored to client needs.
Bid Management
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of persuasive proposals for client tenders, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
- Lead the definition of solutions, particularly during the introduction of our Service approach.
- Engage and support our technical experts throughout the bid process.
- Monitor and report on the progress of proposal components to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Gather and analyze customer and competitor data to uncover strategic opportunities.
Service Delivery
- Assist our Service Managers throughout all phases of service delivery: preparation, phase-in, operations, and phase-out.
- Provide specific support during the phase-in for defining management plans, performance metrics, and reporting.
- Drive the enhancement of our delivery processes in alignment with customer requirements and internal policies.
