Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or a related field. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous. A minimum of 4 years' experience in the aerospace sector, with a solid grasp of industry dynamics. Demonstrated success in bids and proposal writing with a proven record of successful submissions. In-depth knowledge of service delivery processes and standards. Strong problem-solving abilities focused on delivering effective solutions. Proficient in business-to-business (B2B) sales with robust negotiation skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly. Willingness to travel for client engagements as necessary.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue qualified leads to enhance the sales pipeline and drive business expansion.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, promoting long-lasting collaborations.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to create mutually beneficial proposals tailored to client needs.

Bid Management

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of persuasive proposals for client tenders, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
  • Lead the definition of solutions, particularly during the introduction of our Service approach.
  • Engage and support our technical experts throughout the bid process.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of proposal components to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Gather and analyze customer and competitor data to uncover strategic opportunities.

Service Delivery

  • Assist our Service Managers throughout all phases of service delivery: preparation, phase-in, operations, and phase-out.
  • Provide specific support during the phase-in for defining management plans, performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Drive the enhancement of our delivery processes in alignment with customer requirements and internal policies.
