About the job
As a key member of our Sales team, reporting to the Commercial Director for the Benelux region, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients to expand market share in Flanders while also enhancing our existing customer portfolio to drive company sales forward. Your responsibilities will include:
• Strategizing the sales approach for your region and identifying potential opportunities.
• Collaborating with the team to determine necessary resources for executing tasks such as prospecting, preparing and sending documentation and proposals, conducting mailings, attending trade fairs, and analyzing competitors.
• Actively networking to gather contacts, followed by developing tailored proposals and solutions in close cooperation with our support departments.
• Assisting clients in identifying their needs, personally negotiating contracts, and ensuring all offers are validated beforehand.
• Overseeing the implementation of services provided to our clients while ensuring compliance with contracts, supported by customer service and operational staff to foster a genuine partnership.
• Acting as an ambassador for the diverse range of services and products offered by the company, and actively promoting them.
