Inkomoko seeks a Business Development Advisor based in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County, Kenya. This position focuses on supporting local entrepreneurs and strengthening small and medium-sized businesses within the community.

Role overview

The Business Development Advisor joins the Business Growth Services team and works closely with entrepreneur clients in Eldoret. The role is designed to help micro and small businesses succeed, contributing to thriving local communities. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Advisor, this position plays a key part in Inkomoko's mission to empower entrepreneurs across Kenya.

What you will do

  • Engage and recruit small and medium-sized enterprises into the Inkomoko program.
  • Conduct thorough business assessments to identify client needs and uncover market opportunities.
