Qualifications

Qualifications:First Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (mandatory). Master's degree in Finance or an MBA from a reputable institution (mandatory). At least five to seven years of experience in business development and project management. PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus. Experience in the construction industry is desirable. Broad understanding of all aspects of operational and business management within a construction framework. Strong finance knowledge, including familiarity with income statements, balance sheets, accounting, forecasting, and modeling. Proficient analytical skills for running and interpreting complex analyses. Experience in finance related to strategy and projects. Extensive project management experience. Ability and experience in training and developing people. Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct industry analysis and benchmarking, update strategies and formulate ambition plans.
Facilitate the ambition and target formulation process.
Present proposed strategies and ambition plans to the Executive Committee.
Prepare target review plans for the Executive Committee.
Coordinate investment approvals for major project developments.
Oversee the execution of key projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with financial and operational targets.
Collaborate with various company departments including Technical, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
Define project needs, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and promoting sustainable development.
