ADGECO GROUP is seeking a talented and specialized Business Development Architect for our Casablanca branch, with immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with the manufacturing plant, clients, architects, and project owners.
- Oversee design development and production of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) packages for tenders and construction.
- Produce necessary documentation for tenders, including CAD drawings and FF&E specifications.
- Create innovative design concepts that include material palettes, fabric selections, and furniture choices.
- Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure all actions for securing building approvals, material procurement, design illustrations, and model approvals are executed.
- Attend weekly site assemblies, documenting action schemes and meeting minutes.
- Organize and monitor the project schedule to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Implement quality control measures for materials to pass quantity and quality standards.
- Engage with engineering regulations to meet clients’ design quality, financial, and timeline requirements.
- Supervise and manage the architectural workflow of the Fit-out Design, focusing on quality, safety, budget, and schedule.
The selected candidate will undergo overseas training at the manufacturing plant for one month, followed by a month and a half of training at the head office and project execution site.
