Requirements:Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within the e-learning, EdTech, or SaaS sectors. In-depth knowledge of L&D processes and current trends in digital learning. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred. Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory. Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is required. Immediate availability is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive sales in e-learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital training services.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Learning & Development (L&D) Managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams to understand their training needs.
  • Analyze client training challenges and propose customized digital learning solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, comprehensive proposals, and live demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and track reporting metrics effectively.
