WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, consultancy, or a dynamic work environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for engaging with people. Highly coachable, curious, and competitive, yet humble. Basic understanding of SaaS and B2B lead generation. Fluency in both German and English is essential. This role requires at least 2 days per week in the office.

YOUR MISSION:

As a Business Development Executive (f/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business. Your focus will be on building a reliable revenue stream and spearheading new business opportunities, particularly with enterprise clients.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Collaborate with the revenue growth team and enterprise account executives to develop the revenue engine.

  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate new market growth opportunities, and create strategic outreach plans to capture new customer prospects.

  • Take charge of the sales pipeline, generate outbound leads, and cultivate new sales opportunities.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, sharing insights about Parloa's cutting-edge conversational AI platform.

  • Understand client challenges, align solutions to their needs, and demonstrate how Parloa's platform can provide significant value and ROI.

Tools include LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Loom, Asana, Apollo, Miro, Notion.
