Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the HR services sector.
- Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, HR managers, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell a range of HR solutions including recruitment, outsourcing, training, and payroll management.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aimed at meeting revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to recognize trends, competitor actions, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and present persuasive business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
