Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the HR services sector.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, HR managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Promote and sell a range of HR solutions including recruitment, outsourcing, training, and payroll management.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aimed at meeting revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to recognize trends, competitor actions, and potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and present persuasive business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
